绿色饭店评价指标体系构建及实证研究——以宜昌市为例

摘要 日益恶化的全球环境,严重影响人类的生活及生存质量,人们越来越重视生存的环境。绿色饭店的创建已成为现代酒店业发展的必然趋势。研究建立绿色饭店评价指标体系,建议通过加强绿色设计、采购节能环保设备及用品、注重绿色产品提供及服务质量、重视员工绿色意识与能力的培养、加大政府主导作用等措施指导宜昌市绿色饭店的创建,促进酒店业的健康发展。 Deterioration of the global environment has severely influence human life and quality of existence. People are paying more and more attention on our environment. The creation of green hotel has become the inevitable trend of the development of modem hotel industry. The paper studied the formulation of evaluation index system of green hotel, and established process index and result index of level one evaluation index and its secondary indicators, by taking establishing green hotel as an example. The study suggested strategies by strengthening green design, purchasing equipment and appliances of saving energy and environmental protection, paying attention to the provision of green products and service quality, emphasizing the cultivation of green awareness and capability of staff, strengthening the leading role of the government, to guide the establishment of green hotels in Yichang and promote the healthy development of hotel industry.
