摘要
现代学徒制是职业型人才的重要培养途径,现已沿着培养高级技能型人才的方向发展,呈现了较好的发展趋势。研究了高职院校开展现代学徒制人才培养模式的优势和困境,提出打破现代学徒制发展困境的相关建议。
Modem apprenticeship is an important way to cultivate professional talents, and now has developed along the direction of cultivating advanced technical talents, showing a better development trend. The paper studied advantages and dilemmas of developing modern apprenticeship talents in higher vocational colleges, and put forward the proposal to break the dilemma of modem apprenticeship
