Influencing Factors and Paths of College Students' Employment and Entrepreneurship in the Internet

当前全球经济不景气,我国经济增长放缓,提高大学生就业和促进创业是政府、高校和大学生都需要面对的问题。网络的特性及其普及为大学生就业和创业带来了极大的便捷,基于互联网相关的就业和创业也因而兴起。对影响大学生就业与创业的政府层面、学校方面和大学生家庭及个体自身方面的因素进行了归纳与分析,并提出了相应的对策。

Chinese economic slowed down in the current global economic downturn, improve the employment of college students and to promote entrepreneurship is the government, universities and college students need to face. The characteristics of the network and its popularity bring a great convenience for college students＇ employment and entrepreneurship, thus rise internet- related employment and entrepreneurship. This paper summarized and analyzed the factors of government, school, college students＇ family and themselves that affect the employment and entrepreneurship.
