摘要
在美国高等院校的实践教学体系中,"服务学习"模式的运用长盛不衰,这种模式的核心理念就是重视校内外协同发展,让学生在社会环境中体验、运用和验证知识。高职金融专业教学企业项目的开发及运作,大胆地将"服务学习"这种先进的实践教学模式进行"本土化",依托"金融项目中心"的运作,为金融专业搭建"实践共同体"的工作平台,形成了较为完善的体验学习模式,在真实的工作情境中,促进了金融专业学生对知识的建构。
In the practical teaching system of American colleges and universities, the application of "service - learning" model is long lasting. The core perspective of this model is to pay attention to the collaborative development of the inside and outside school so that students can experience, apply and verify knowledge in social environment. The development and operation of the financial professional teaching - enterprise project in higher vocational education will boldly "localize" the advanced practical teaching mode of "service - learning" and rely on the operation of the "financial project center" to set up the "practice community" work platform for financial specialty, forming a optimized experience learning model, to promote the financial major's students to construct knowledge in the real work situation.
