建设新型高校智库体系是国家治理体系现代化的重要方面,也是高校发挥社会服务职能的重要途径。天津高校智库体系建设取得一定成效,也存在差距不足。要紧密结合实际,加强统筹规划,强化协同创新,改革体制机制,进一步深化新型高校智库体系建设。

Building a new university think-tank system is a key part of modernization of national governancesystem, and also an important way for colleges and universities to play their social service role. Up till now, some progress have been made in building Tianjin＇s university think-tank system, but there is still room forimprovement. To further deepen the construction of a new university think-tank system in Tianjin, weshould closely look into the reality, strengthen unified planning, enhance collaborative innovation among universities, and reform our systems and mechanisms.
