摘要
本文介绍了长江大学食品科学与工程专业卓越人才培养的指导思想,系统阐述了人才培养模式改革措施,以期能够探索出适应新形势、新要求的卓越人才培养模式,为提高卓越人才的培养质量提供思路。
＂The program of outstanding agricuhure and forestry talent cultivation＂ has been jointly carried out by the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Agriculture and the State Administration of Forestry. In order to explore the education mode for cultivating outstanding talents under the new situation and requirements, this paper described the guidelines and the innovative cultivation mode of Food Science and Engineering major, and discussed the measures to improve the training quality.
