摘要
练习瑜伽能够提高学生适应环境能力,促进人际和谐。根据高中生心理发展需要,应对学生适应高中生活、发展自我意识、完善学业规划方面进行研发和实施,为高中生能够拥有积极的人格探索一条瑜伽教学之路。
Yoga practice can promote students; environmental adaptation and improve interpersonal harmony. In light of senior high school students ; psychological development, teachers should research how to guide students to adapt to senior high school life, to develop their self-consciousness, and to im- prove academic layout, thus blazing a trail in the field of teaching yoga to help students to have positive personality.
