摘要
转型背景下,高校英语教学的教学目标、课程设置、教学评价和教师队伍都体现出了不同以往的特点。高校应该着力培养应用型人才,通过调整教学目标,针对社会和行业需求设置课程、规范英语教材、大力开展师资培训,推进英语教育国际化等策略达到目标。
In the context of transformation, the teaching objectives, curriculum settings, teaching e- valuation and teaching staff of College English teaching are different from those of the past. Colleges and universities should focus on the cultivation of application-oriented talents by the means of adjusting the teaching objectives, setting curriculum according to social and industrial requirements, regulating English teaching textbooks, vigorously strengthening faculty training, and promoting the internationalization Eng- lish education, etc.
