依法治校背景下民办高校领导干部法治能力研究

Study of Leaders' Legal Capacity in Private Colleges and Universities under Background of Running School by Law

领导干部是民办高校依法治校的组织者、实践者和推动者,是落实依法治校中各项具体任务的关键主体。剖析领导干部法治能力现存的主要问题,从而有针对性的提出如何提升他们法治能力、推进民办高校依法治校的对策。

Leaders are the organizers, practitioners and promoters of the running-by-law principle in private colleges and universities. They are the key subjects to fulfill the idea of running school by law. Their legal capacity directly affects the realization and implementation of the idea. This paper analyzes the main problems of leaders~ legal capacity, and accordingly puts forward some countermeasures for enhan- cing their capacity and promoting the idea.
