摘要
基于复杂应答过程理论,将科教园有机秩序的形成看作是多个参与主体复杂应答过程中有意识的空间生产。以福州大学晋江科教园规划设计为例,通过分析政府、高校、企业、师生及周边居民等多元参与主体间的复杂需求关系和空间供给过程,采用多元参与机制、分片渐进发展模式及开放式空间布局促进科教园在城市区域、园区内外等不同层级实现资源共享、联合管理和产业转化的目标。
When many participants take part in the complex responsive process,the formation of the scientific and educational park(SE park) organic order is regarded as the conscious space production based on the complex responsive process theory.For example,the planning and design of Fuzhou University SE Park in Jinjiang adopted multiple participation mechanism,fragment gradual development mode and open space layout through analyzing the relationship between the complex requirements of multiple participants and the process of space supplies.Only in this way SE park can reach the goal of resource sharing,joint management and industry transformation,not only at different levels in urban areas but also both inside and outside the park.
