Design and development of urban planning management system based on ArcGIS

针对目前城市规划部门在实际工作中存在的文件管理与实际规划地理信息无法直接对应,造成相关管理工作效率低下等问题,文章提出了将地理信息平台与规划文件管理无缝集成,利用Arc GIS地理信息数据的强大处理能力,建立相应的规划地理信息业务逻辑服务,构建规划地理位置查询、地块信息查询、地块相关文档查询等功能,将地理信息与日常规划业务管理相结合,从而使城市规划管理更为直观和快捷。

Aiming at the problem that file management and the actual planning geographic information cannot directly corresponded, causing the low efficiency of management work in practical problems in city planning department. This paper presents the seamless integration of geographic information platform and planning document management, using the powerful processing ability of ArcGIS geographic information data to establish corresponding planning geographic information logic business services, construction planning location query, land location information query, block related document query and other functions, combines the geographic information and daily business planning management, so as to make the city planning management more intuitive and fast.
