大数据时代对传统矿业产运销系统带来的变革 被引量:2

摘要 随着我国经济建设的进步,研究大型厂矿生产、运输、销售智慧经营管理,是提高企业经济效益的重要手段。运输车辆管理智能化,监控矿产品运销全过程,以销定产,对企业管理精细化要求越来越高,从而对综合信息处理、通信和自动控制等智能监控系统相关技术的研究越来越深入。我们按照(ISO国际标准化组织、IEC国际电工委员会、JTC1国际标准联合技术委员会及WG10物联网标准)国家技术标准和国际标准,进行规划,设立技术方案,建立产运销信息采集、计算信息网络系统,在各个工程现场要、节点安装各种功能的数据采集设备进行联网。通过运输车辆数据检测,灵活地运用在矿山企业生产和销售及不同的领域,用复杂的车辆流量大数据分析计算结果,精细规划产、运、销,推动企业控制消耗,降低成本,提高竞争力,为企业内部管理带来深刻变革。 With the improvement of our country' s economic construction, it is an important means to improve the economic performance of the enterprises by studying the production, transportaiion and marketing of large scale factories. Intelligent transportation vehicle management, monitoring the whole process of commodity marketing, manufacturing-according-to-sale, elaborating demand is higher and higher, to the enterprise management of comprehensive information processing, communication and automatic control of the intelligent monitoring system related technologies such as research more and more deeply. We have planned out, set up technical programs, established production and transportation information collection and computing information network system as well as jointed together various functions of data gathering devices at each project site and node, of which are all in compliance with national technical standards and international standards (ISO, IEC, JTC1 and WGIO) to set plan and scheme, and establish production, transportation and marketing information collection, calculate information network system, data acquisition equipment installed to carry out various functions for the network in various engineering field. The vehicle is used for detection data and mining enterprises in the production and sale of different fields, complex vehicle flow big data is used for analyzing the calculation results and fine planning production, transport, marketing, to promote enterprises to control consume and decrease cost, improve their competitive power, so as to bring enterprises deep reform.
