摘要
人才资源作为第一资源,是重要的创新供给要素。高职院校的教育教学目标是培养适应新世纪社会主义事业需要的高素质技能型人才。然而传统的高校班级管理模式已滞后于时代的发展,高校辅导员作为直接的班级管理者更要创新班级管理理念进行班级管理。本文对当前高职院校班级管理模式存在的问题和班级管理模式的创新与构建进行探讨和分析。
Human resources as the first resource, is an important innovation supply element. In higher vocational colleges, education teaching goal is to cultivate high -quality skilled personnel to satisfy the needs of the socialist cause in the new century. However, the traditional college class management model has lagged behind the development of the Times, and as the direct manager of class, college counselor even more innovate the class management idea for class management. This article analyzes the current problems in class management mode in higher vocational colleges, and the innovation and building of class management mode are discussed and analyzed.
