21世纪全球经济飞速发展的时代背景下,金融服务业的内涵不断拓展,金融创新层出不穷,有力推动了发展中国家的经济发展。针对发展中国家的金融服务业的现状,分析了诸如监管机制不健全、金融创新过度、技术和制度水平较低等行业问题,并提出了深化体制改革、适度创新、制定金融中心战略等一系列解决措施,为金融服务业行业监管提供了依据。

In the 21 st century, with the rapid development of global economy, the connotation of the financial services industry is expanding, and financial innovation emerges in endlessly, promoting the economic development of developing countries. This paper, based on the development of financial services in developing countries, analyses the problems that exposed in financial service industry, such as the regulatory mechanism of financial services industry is imperfect in the presence, there is excessive financial innovation, and the technical and institutional level is low. It also puts forward a series of measures to deepen the reform of the system, to carry out the innovation in a proper way, and to make the financial center strategy.
