法治意识是国家治理法治化的内在要求,更是推进国家治理现代化的保障。大学生是社会主义法治建设的重要主体、现代化建设的中坚力量。准确把握新时期大学生法治意识的现状,研究有效提升大学生法治意识的办法和途径,对实现社会主义现代化的宏伟目标和中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦具有极其重要的理论和现实意义。

The consciousness of rule of law is the inner request of the country＇s rule of law, and it is also an inevitable requirement to promote the modernization of national governance. A college student is an important part of constructing socialist rule of law, the backbone of modernization. This paper analyzes accurately the status quo of consciousness of rule of law of college students in the new period, makes a research on methods and ways to effectively enhance the students＇ consciousness of the rule of law, which has important theoretical and practical significance to the＇ realization of the grand goal of socialist modernization and Chinese dream of great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
