摘要
民办高职思政课教师们正面临多重困境,学生们则受到了实用主义的影响,师生互动产生了明显的异化。这种异化,在社会层面源于思政课教师社会定位的模糊化,在业务层面源于业务素养的空心化,在学校层面源于相对地位的弱势化。为了改变民办高职思政课的现状,应着重强化思政课教师的社会定位、提升思政课教师的业务能力、呼应思政课师生的合理诉求。
Private higher vocational college teachers are facing multiple difficulties. Because students are subject to the influence of pragmatism, teachers and students interaction is obviously abnormal. This anomaly is the results of the ideological and political course teachers'social positioning is not clear at the social level, or business literacy is not strong at the business level, or the relative status is not high at the school level. In order to change the current situation of the ideological and political course in private higher vocational education, we should focus on strengthening the social orientation, improving the professional ability, and responding to the reasonable demands of ideological and political course teachers.
