情志护理配合康复训练对脑梗死后遗症患者负面情绪及生活质量的影响

Effects of emotional nursing and rehabilitation training on negative emotions and quality of life in patients with sequela of cerebral infarction

目的:探讨情志护理联合康复训练对脑梗死后遗症患者负面情绪及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2011年4月~2016年4月我院收治的86例脑梗死后遗症患者作为研究对象,将其随机等分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理;观察组在常规护理的基础上给予情志与康复训练联合护理。观察两组患者的心理状况、生活质量及护理效果。结果:与干预前比较,干预后两组患者自尊量表评分均不同程度的升高,且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);焦虑状态自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均不同程度的降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后两组患者躯体疼痛、生理功能、社会功能、活力、生理职能、情感职能、精神健康、总体健康评分均不同程度的升高,且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:情志护理与康复训练联合使用可有效缓解脑梗死后遗症患者的负面情绪,改善患者的生活质量,临床效果显著。

Objective：To explore the effect of emotional nursing and rehabilitation training on negative emotions and quality of life in patients with sequelae of cerebral infarction.Methods：A total of 86 patients with sequelae of cerebral infarction who received treatment in our hospital from April 2011 to April 2016 were selected as research objects and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was given routine nursing care.The observation group was treated by emotional nursing and rehabilitation training on the basis of routine care.The psychological status, quality of life and nursing effect of the two groups were observed.Results：Compared with situations before intervention, the self-esteem scale scores of the two groups were increased by different degrees and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05）.The anxiety status self-rating scale and depression self-rating scale scores were reduced by different degrees and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）.The physical function, social function, vitality, physiological function, emotional function, mental health and overall health scores of the two groups increased by different degrees and the scores of the observation group was significantly higher than those of the control group （P〈0.05）.The effect of nursing of observation group was significantly better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The combination of emotional nursing and rehabilitation training can effectively relieve the negative emotions of patients with sequelae of cerebral infarction and improve the quality of life of patients.The clinical effect is remarkable.
