优质护理在急性心肌梗死合并泵衰竭经主动脉球囊反搏术后患者中应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨急性心肌梗死合并泵衰竭经主动脉球囊反搏术患者治疗后的优质护理效果。方法:选取我院收治的行主动脉球囊反搏术治疗的急性心肌梗死合并泵衰竭患者120例为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组与观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予优质护理。对比分析两组患者的尿量、心率、平均动脉压及心功能改善情况。结果:观察组患者平均尿量(40.34±4.51)ml/h、心率平均(81.23±7.88)次/min、平均动脉压(84.85±9.84)mmHg,明显优于对照组患者的(30.95±3.83)ml/h、(90.43±9.54)次/min、(73.28±8.01)mmHg,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急性心肌梗死合并泵衰竭经主动脉球囊反搏术后的优质护理效果显著,改善了患者心功能,有利于患者生命体征恢复。 Objective:To explore the high quality nursing effect in patients with acute myocardial infarction and pump failure after intra-aortic balloon pump.Methods:A total of 120 patients with acute myocardial infarction and pump failure who underwent intra-aortic balloon pump in our hospital were selected and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given high quality nursing care.The changes of urine output, heart rate, average arterial pressure and cardiac function were compared between the two groups.Results:The average urine output (40.34±4.51) ml/h, average heart rate (81.23±7.88)times/min and average arterial pressure(84.85±9.84)mmHg were significantly better than those in the control group, which respectively were (30.95±3.83) Ml/h, (90.43±9.54)times/min, (73.28±8.01) mmHg.The difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05).Conclusion:The effect of high quality nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction and pump failure after intra-aortic balloon pump is remarkable.It can improve the patient&#39;&#39;s cardiac function and it is conducive to the recovery of vital signs in patients.
