连续性护理干预对喉癌患者术后心理状态的影响

Effect of continuous nursing intervention on postoperative psychological status of patients with cancer of larynx

目的:分析连续性护理在喉癌患者术后的作用效果,探讨其对患者心理状态的影响。方法:将2012年1月~2016年6月经我院临床诊治的62例喉癌患者,按单双号等分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予常规护理;观察组在常规护理基础上联合应用连续性护理。比较两组患者抑郁、焦虑状态评分以及症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分情况。结果:观察组患者焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组(P<0.05),SCL-90评分各项指标均低于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:喉癌患者术后实施连续性护理可有效改善其心理状态,有助于患者预后,护理效果较优。

Objective：To analyze the effect of continuous nursing in patients with cancer of larynx and to explore its effect on the psychological state of patients.Methods：A total of 62 cases with cancer of larynx in our clinical diagnosis from January 2012 to June 2016 were selected and they were divided into control group and observation group according to even and odd numbers.The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was treated with continuous nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The scores of depression, anxiety status and symptom checklist 90 （SCL-90） were compared between the two groups.Results：The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）.The scores of SCL-90 of the observation group were lower than those of the control group （P〈0.05）.The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion：Continuous nursing care of laryngeal cancer patients can improve their psychological state, which is helpful for the prognosis of patients.The nursing effect is better than common methods.
