护理程序表对PICC置管后静脉炎的控制效果评价

Evaluation of effect of nursing process form on the control of phlebitis after PICC catheterization

目的:探讨护理程序表对PICC置管后静脉炎的控制效果。方法:将我院外科2014年1月~2015年6月PICC置管患者87例设为对照组,采用常规护理;将2015年7月~2016年11月PICC置管患者93例设为观察组,应用PICC护理程序表护理,比较两组患者静脉炎发生率。结果:观察组患者静脉炎发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),患者对护理过程、护士态度、整体满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:护理程序表可降低患者PICC置管后静脉炎的发生率,提高患者对护理工作的满意度。

Objective：To explore the effect of nursing process form on the control of phlebitis after PICC catheterization.Methods：A total of 87 patients with PICC catheterization in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2015 were selected as control group and they were treated with routine care.A total of 93 patients with PICC catheterization in our hospital from July 2015 to November 2016 were selected as the observation group and they were treated with PICC nursing process forms.The incidence of phlebitis in two groups of patients were compared.Results：The incidence of phlebitis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）.The scores of nursing process, nurses＇ attitudes and overall satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those of the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The nursing process forms can reduce the incidence of phlebitis after PICC catheterization and improve the patient＆#39;＆#39;s satisfaction with nursing work.
