优化中医护理临床路径对股骨颈骨折患者术后并发症、康复进程及生活质量的影响

Effect of optimizing traditional Chinese medicine clinical pathways on postoperative complications,rehabilitation and quality of life in patients with femoral neck fracture

目的:探讨优化中医护理临床路径对股骨颈骨折患者术后并发症、康复进程及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2015年1月~2016年12月我院收治的股骨颈骨折患者100例为研究对象,随机等分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上采用优化中医护理临床路径进行干预,对比两组术后一般情况及骨折愈合情况、髋关节功能、生活质量及舒适度,并记录并发症发生情况。结果:观察组住院时间、康复时间与对照组比较明显较短,观察组住院费用低于对照组,而其护理满意度评分较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组骨折愈合总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组Harris评分、SF-36评分与对照组比较明显较高(P<0.05),观察组舒适度评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后并发症发生情况明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:优化中医护理临床路径可促进股骨颈骨折患者术后髋关节功能恢复,能明显提高生活质量,降低并发症,且患者满意度高,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective：To explore the effect of optimizing the clinical pathways of traditional Chinese medicine on postoperative complications, rehabilitation and quality of life in patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods：A total of 100 patients with femoral neck fractures from January 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with routine nursing.The observation group was treated with optimized clinical pathways of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of routine nursing.The general condition and fracture healing, hip function, quality of life and comfort before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups and the occurrence of complications was recorded.Results：The hospitalization time and rehabilitation time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group.The hospitalization cost of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the nursing satisfaction score was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of fracture healing was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.The Harris score and SF-36 score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）.The observation group had lower comfort score than the control group （P〈0.05）.After the intervention, the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Optimizing the clinical pathways of traditional Chinese medicine can promote the recovery of hip function in patients with femoral neck fracture, improve the quality of life and reduce the complications.Besides, the patient＆#39;＆#39;s satisfaction is high, which is worthy of clinical application.
