摘要
文章通过对含砂雾封层母液与细粒砂的优选,结合正交试验对含砂雾封层耐久性能影响因素进行研究,提出了含砂雾封层洒布量的确定方法,并结合实体工程进行了耐久型含砂雾封层技术的应用,证明机制砂较天然砂能够提供更好的表面抗滑能力与构造深度;耐久型含砂雾封层的配合比设计结果为:用砂量20%左右,母液固含量50%~60%;提出了基于表面构造深度的含砂雾封层洒布量控制模型;试验段应用效果表明耐久型含砂雾封层能够提供良好的密封效果,使用一段时间后,路面的抗滑能力与构造深度会逐渐恢复。研究成果有利于延长含砂雾封层的使用寿命,推广含砂雾封层技术在干线公路预防性养护工程中的应用。
Based on the selection of sand and fog seal liquor, the mixture ratio and spraying volume of durability type fog seal with sand was studied, and the durable type fog seal with sand technique was applied with real project, the main conclusions show as follows: the manufactured sand can improve the surface for better anti slide and structure depth than natural sand; the design results were: about 20% sand content, 50%-60% liquor solid content; the depth of the surface structure of fog seal with sand spreading amount control model based on application effect; test section showed resistance to long type fog seal with sand can provide good sealing effect and after a period of time, the anti slip capacity and pavement structure depth gradually restored. The research results are beneficial to the application of fog seal with sand in highway maintenance proiect.
