摘要
桑叶多糖是桑叶中的有效成分之一,具有降血糖、降血脂、抗氧化等多种作用。对桑叶多糖的提取工艺和功能进行综述,以期为促进畜牧业可持续发展提供重要的参考依据。
Polysaccharide is one of the effective components in mulberry leaves and has hypoglycemic, hypolipidemic and antioxidant activities. The extraction technology and pharmacological functions of polysaecharide from mulberry leaves are briefly reviewed in this paper, so as to provide references for promoting the sustainable development of animal husbandry.
