Analysis on Necessity to Cultivate Entrepreneurial Psychological Quality of College Students

大学生创业的成功与否与自身素质的高低密切相关。创业心理品质的好坏往往决定着创业素质的高低,因此,如何培养大学生的创业心理品质,在大学生创业培训过程中就显得尤为重要。通过对大学生创业心理品质培养的背景、国内外研究现状和培养意义进行分析,阐明了大学生创业心理品质培养的应然性。

The success of college students＇ entrepreneurship is closely related to their own quality. The entrepreneurial psychological quality often determines the quality of entrepreneurship. Therefore, the cultivation of college students＇ entrepreneurial psychological quality plays an import role in entrepreneurship training process. The necessity to cultivate college students＇ entrepreneurial psychological quality is illuminated by analyzing the background and research status at home and abroad of college students＇ entrepreneurial psychological quality cultivation as well as its significance.
