摘要 为了提高飞机翼面类装配型架的设计效率和设计质量,研究了关联设计技术及其在装配型架的快速配置设计中的应用。首先,总结翼面类部件及其工装的结构特点,其次阐述可重构柔性装配型架的结构组成和所涉及型架的模块划分,以及关联设计技术在翼面类部件装配型架快速设计中的实施方法,并以某垂尾验证了该方法的可行性。最后,以CATIA为设计平台基于CAA二次开发可重构装配型架快速设计系统,该系统可用于产品与装配型架变型、改型设计的需要,使装配型架的设计更简单、快捷,缩短产品研制周期,降低研制成本。 In order to improve the aircraft wing assembly tooling design efficiency and design quality, the association design technology is applied to the assembly frame of rapid design and configuration in this paper. Firstly, the structure characteristics of the aircraft wing and its corresponding assembly jigs are summarized, then the frame structure of reconfigurable flexible assembly jigs type and their modular parts, the associated design technology and its implementation method in the wing assembly jigs design are elaborated. The feasibility of the method was verified by a kind of assembly tooling for an aircraft vertical tail. Finally, a rapid design system of reconfigurable assembly tooling was developed based on CATIA and CAA technology, which can meet the requirement of the variant and modification of the aircraft products. As a result, the design of assembly jigs becomes simpler and faster, the product development cycle is shorter and the cost is lower.
