摘要
在传统飞机工装设计制造中,设计与制造部门相互独立,协同程度低,制约工装研发周期的缩短和效率的提升。针对此问题,研究了飞机工装产品信息集成的方法,分析归纳了各类设计与制造信息,明确了工装设计与制造协同流程,建立了基于MBD模型的设计制造集成框架。并在VS2005开发平台上,对CATIA、PDM和CAPP等计算机应用系统进行了集成,实现了对工装信息的有效组织与管理。
In the design and manufacture of the traditional aircraft tooling, the design and manufacture departments are independent of each other, and the degree of cooperation is low, which restricts the shortening of the development cycle and the improvement of efficiency. To solve the problem, the method of information integration for aircraft tooling is studied. A variety of design and manufacture information is concluded, collaborative process of design and manufacture is clarified, and the integration framework of design and manufacture based on MBD model is established. On the basis of VS2005 development platform, CATIA, PDM and CAPP are integrated to realize the effective organization and management of the tooling information.
