种植密度和施氮量对烤烟化学成分的影响 被引量:6

摘要 以K326为研究材料,于邵阳开展双因素随机区组试验.通过构建化学成分可用性指数并引入偏Eta2值,分析了种植密度和施氮量对烤烟化学成分的影响.结果表明:(1)密度主要影响烤烟烟碱、淀粉含量;氮肥主要影响烤烟烟碱和总氮含量.(2)对烤烟化学成分影响最大的是施氮量,占效应的41.19%,其次是密度、占32.06%,密度和氮肥互作影响最小,占26.77%.(3)适当增加密度,有利于提升烤烟化学成分可用性指数.(4)邵阳烟区以种植密度18 182株/hm^2,氮肥用量135 kg/hm^2组合化学成分可用性指数相对较好. Two factors split plot experiment was conducted in Shaoyang with K326 research material. This paper analyzed the effects of planting density,nitrogen level and their interaction on chemical components of flue-cured tobacco by constructing chemical components usability index and partial Eta2 value.The results showed that:(1) Planting density mainly influenced nicotine and starch; Nitrogen level mainly influenced nicotine and nitrogen.(2) The effect of nitrogen level on chemical components of fluecured tobacco was maximum(accounted for 41.19%), followed by that of planting density(accounted for 32.06%), and that of their interaction accounted for 26.77%.(3) Properly increasing planting density can improve chemical components usability index.(4) In Shaoyang,the better chemical components usability index of flue-cured tobacco was gained by treatment of 18 182 plants/hm2and135 kg/hm2 nitrogen level.
