准噶尔盆地西北缘火山岩PDC钻头设计与试验 被引量:5

摘要 针对准噶尔盆地火山岩岩性复杂、可钻性差及地层厚度大的特点,开展了准噶尔盆地西北缘火山岩岩石力学评价试验,建立了岩石力学参数计算模型,从钻头轮廓、布齿及水力结构等方面进行优化设计,研发了2种型号的非对称结构双排齿PDC钻头。现场应用结果表明:新型钻头最高机械钻速可达4.04 m/h,较邻井同层段平均机械钻速提高12.00%~257.14%;新型钻头对抗压强度为80~120 MPa、可钻性级值为6~7的高研磨性火山岩地层具有较好的适应性。所得结论可为准噶尔盆地火山岩地层个性化的PDC钻头设计提供参考。 In view ol the challenges ol volcanic rocks in Junggar Basin like complex lithology, poor drillability and thick layer, the mechanics evaluation experiment ol the volcanic rock in northwestern margin ol the Junggar Ba-sin has been carried out. The calculation model ol the rock mechanics parameters has also been established. Two types ol customized PDC bits with asymmetric structure and dual row ol cutters have been developed based on opti-mization design ol bit profile, cutter layout and hydraulic structures. Field application results show that the novel bits had a maximum ROP ol 4. 04 m/h,which is 12. 00% ?257. 14% higher than that ol the ollset wells. The novel bits had good adaptability to high abrasive volcanic strata with a compressive strength ol 80-120 MPa and the dril- lability value ol 6-7. The study could provide relerences lor the customized PDC bit design lor drilling volcanic lor- mation in Junggar Basin.
