摘要
为了对深水管柱处理设备和深水钻机关键装备等技术研究进行成果转化,研制了多功能双井口钻井设备试验台。该试验台采用双井口、大跨度、低台面及多工位鼠洞设计,可进行多种深水关键自动化设备的功能试验和型式试验。根据不同试验设备的安装、动作及联调要求,采用手工计算并建立有限元模型进行结构验证与优化。试验台正面采用单杆式结构、侧面采用片架式结构,满足了强度和稳定性的要求,同时降低了安装难度。现场试验结果表明:多功能双井口钻井设备试验台布局合理,操作方便,达到预期的设计目标。部分研发装备的试验成功,验证了试验台设计的合理性。该试验台还可用于其他设备试验,适用功能还具有很大的扩展空间。
To promote the technological achievement transformation ol pipe handling equipment and key drill-ing equipment for deepwater drilling rig, the experiment platform for drilling equipment, with multifunction and double wellhead, has been developed. With the features of double wellhead, large span, low table and mouse holes for different operational mode, the platform could conduct functional and type test of a variety of key automatic e-quipment for deep-water drilling. According to the installation, action and joint commissioning requirements of dif-ferent test equipment, calculation and finite-element analysis method have been used to verify and optimize the structure. The front of the test platform adopts the single rod structure, while the side adopts the slice frame struc-ture, which both meets the requirement of strength and stability, and reduces the installation difficulty. The field experimental results show that the platform is reasonable in layout, and easy to operate, achieving the expected de-sign goal. The experiment device can also be used for other equipment testing, and presenting a lot of potential of applicable function.
