摘要
我国的连续管钻井技术尚处于现场试验阶段,目前主要研究方向为利用连续管技术进行老井侧钻。连续管侧钻包括2项关键技术:连续管定向开窗技术和连续管定向钻井技术。针对连续管管柱不能转动的固有特性,研究了基于井下定位的斜向器定向坐封技术,实现了精确的连续管定向开窗;提出了连续管定向钻井的底部钻具组合,实现了国内第1口连续管定向钻井。截至目前,已进行了7次连续管钻井技术现场试验,包括1次连续管开窗侧钻全过程现场试验。初步形成了适用于Ф121 mm(4 3/4in)井眼的连续管侧钻工具和工艺技术。研究结果表明:连续管侧钻在起、下管柱和稳斜钻进过程中更为高效,节约了作业时间。
Coiled tubing drilling ( CTD) technology is an effective mean for the development ol shallow deple-ted reservoirs. The CTD technology in our country is still in the field test stage. The main research direction is side-tracking drilled wells using coiled tubing. Coiled tubing sidetracking includes two key technologies : directional win-dow milling and directional drilling with coiled tubing. In view ol the inherent characteristics that the coiled tubing can’t rotate,the technology of directional whipstock anchoring on the basis of downhole positioning system has been developed, based on which precise directional window milling with coiled tubing has been achieved. A bottom hole assembly lor directional CTD has been proposed. The first domestic directional well drilled using CTD has been completed. By now, seven field tests of CTD have been carried o u t, including one test of coiled tubing sidetrack-ing. The coiled tubing sidetracking tools and technology for 0121 mm wellbore have been developed. The study re-sults show that the coiled tubing sidetracking technology is more efficient in tripping the drill string and drilling tan-gent section, which saves operation t im e , providing an effective solution for potential exploration of the mature oil field in China.
