Study on the Hydraulic Remedy and Reinforcement Technology for Long Section Casing Damaged Well

摘要 关于套管连续破漏和较长距离井段破漏点,采用1次下入1根补贴管的方法不能完成补贴,而分段补贴又不能保证破漏段的全覆盖。鉴于此,研究了长距离套破井液压补贴加固工艺技术。长距离套破井液压补贴加固工艺管柱包含内管和外管,内管和外管通过锁球连接和脱接插入方式下入,补贴采用两端锚定和两端补贴加固方式实现,补贴后承压25 MPa,悬挂力450 k N。现场应用结果表明:长距离套破井液压补贴加固工艺管柱施工成功率100%,补贴后套管耐压达20 MPa,30 min压降小于1 MPa,密封合格。研究结果对油井尽快恢复生产起到了促进作用。 With regard to continuous casing damage and long broken casing,the method of running in patching pipe one by one could not fulfill casing damage remedy and the sectional remedy can not guarantee full coverage of the damage. In view of this,the hydraulic remedy and reinforcement technology for long section casing damaged well has been developed. The new developed string includes the inner tube and the outer tube,which is connected by lock ball and run by releasing and stab-in. In remedy operation,the two ends would be anchored and patched,which could withstand pressure of 25 MPa and tensional force of 450 k N after remedy operation. The results of the application in eight well times in Shengli Oilfield showed that the success rate of the technology was 100%. After operation,the pressure bearing of the casing is 20 MPa,and the pressure drop is less than 1 MPa after 30 min,providing qualified sealing. The results of the study could promote the reproduction of oil well.
