以中药三棵针为实验对象,在提高学生综合应用所学知识、激发学生创新激情和创新能力的思想的指导下,设计涵盖天然产物小檗碱的提取、分离、鉴定及含量测定的综合性实验教学方案。在天然药物化学、分析化学等多个相互紧密关联的二级学科上设计和开展实验,通过多种实验方法结合大型仪器的教学应用,提高药学本科生综合应用专业课基础知识的能力,达到将以往的单元实验能力训练向更高层次综合性实验能力提升的目的。

One of comprehensive teaching experiments in extraction,separation,structure identification and content determination of berberine from Hollygreen Barberry as the experimental subject was designed under the guidance of the thoughts of improving the students' comprehensive application of knowledge,and stimulating students' creative passion and innovation ability. The experiment was designed and developed on the basis of natural medicine chemistry,analytical chemistry,and other closely related secondary discipline. The teaching of a variety of experimental methods and use of large instruments,improved pharmacy undergraduates' comprehensive ability of applying specialized knowledge,and advanced experimental abilities to a higher level of comprehensive experiment.
