制定科学有效、简便易行、公平合理的课程成绩考核方法是提高教学质量的关键。以"土壤与环境分析"课程为例,分析原有成绩考核方法存在的弊端,提出新的成绩考核与评定方法,并制定详细的评分细则。新的方法把实验操作过程作为考核的重点,注重培养学生的动手能力和解决问题的能力。通过细化评分标准能准确清晰客观地反映学生的实际成绩。新方法很好地调动了学生学习的积极性,在实际教学中,取得了很好的教学效果。

It was the key of improving the teaching quality to establish scientific and effective,simple,fair and reasonable course achievement appraisal method. Taking soil and environmental analysis courses as an example,the paper analyzed the disadvantages of the existing achievement appraisal methods,put forward new course achievement assessment and evaluation methods,and formulated detailed grading rules. The experiment evaluation focus of the new method was operation process. The new method paid attention to cultivate students' practical ability and the ability to solve the problem. It could accurately clearly and objectively response students' actual achievement according to detailing standard for evaluation. New method was very good to mobilize the enthusiasm of the students' learning. In the actual teaching,good teaching results had been achieved.
