工程训练对大学生实践创新能力培养的探索

Exploration of engineering training on college students' practical innovation ability

在大众创业、万众创新的形势下,高校必须提高当代大学生的实践创新能力,而工程训练中心是培养大学生实践创新能力的重要基地;实践教学是高校教学体系的重要组成部分,是培养学生创新能力及实践创新人才的主要手段。结合西北民族大学工程训练中心的实践教学具体情况,从完善工程实践教学平台、合理的师资结构、设备资源开放、营造良好的创新环境、激发学生的创新兴趣、启迪探索精神、培养学生的自主创新能力,在创新型人才培养的基本模式、方法、教学内容、手段等方面进行改革与创新,树立新的创新型人才培养理念、创新培养模式,建立和营造良好的实践教学环境等方面提高大学生实践创新能力的培养。

In public entrepreneurship and innovation peoples of the situation,colleges and universities must improve the practice of the contemporary college students' innovation ability,and the engineering training center is the important base to develop the innovative ability of college students' practice.Practice teaching is an important part of college teaching system,is to cultivate students ability to innovate and practice a major means of innovative talents. Combining with the practice of northwest ethnic university engineering training center of teaching,improve the engineering practice teaching platform,reasonable teachers structure,equipment resources open,create a good innovation environment,stimulate students' interest and enlightenment exploring spirit,develop the students' ability of independent innovation,in the basic model of innovative talents cultivation,methods,teaching contents,means and so on reform and innovation,establish a new innovative concept,innovative training mode of talents cultivation,the practice of establishment and create a good teaching environment to improve the innovative capability of college students' practice training.
