摘要
低值易耗品是高校教学与科研工作中不可缺少的材料,是实验教学和科研顺利开展的重要保障。如何对其进行科学规范化管理,使其最大程度地发挥作用,是高校实验室资产工作的重要内容。针对目前高校实验室低值易耗品管理的现状和存在的问题,在转变思想观念、完善管理规章制度、构建网络管理平台、提高管理队伍素质、加强监督管理等方面进行了一系列有深度的探索和实践,旨在提高管理服务水平和工作效率,进而为深化实验室管理改革、提高资源优化配置提供一定的参考。
The low-value consumable is the indispensable material in the teaching and scientific research work. It is very important to strengthen the management,give full play to its function,and ensure the smooth progress of the teaching and scientific research. In light of the present condition of the lowvalue goods management and the existing problems,this article conducted a series deep of exploration and practice on changing mind,perfecting management rules and regulations,building a network management platform,enhancing the professional quality of the management,strengthening supervision,which aims to improve the service level and management efficiency,furtherly to provide a strong guarantee to deepen the reform of the laboratory management,improve the optimal allocation of resources.
