摘要
从仪器设备使用和管理两方面,分析了质检领域仪器设备管理水平不高、共享率低的问题。对如何提高仪器设备管理水平进行了思考,并总结了相应解决对策。提出了仪器设备在采购、规划、使用、计量、授权、维护、停用、报废等环节进行整个生命周期管理方法以及拟开发一套硬件与软件相结合的信息化管理平台。在大大提高设备使用率的同时,达到降低人力成本,提高管理效益的目的,为质检机构仪器设备管理提供参考。
This article analyzes difficult problems of low level management in inspection field instrument and equipment,low level in the sharing degree from two angles of management departments and used departments. I think of how to improve equipment management level and the use of efficiency and sum up solutions. Propose method for the whole process management including equipment purchasing,demonstration,using,measurement,authorization,maintenance and abandonment etc.,and development of management software for supporting in it. Improve the efficiency in the use of the equipment greatly and at the same time reduce labor costs,improve management efficiency,achieve the purpose of scientific decision-making. Provide a reference for the equipment management of quality inspection institutions.
