摘要
高校重点实验室拥有世界上先进的大型精密仪器设备,汇集各研究领域优秀的科技专家,是进行国际前沿科学技术研究的重要场所,也是培养高素质人才的基地。但是由于各种科学研究的多样性和科学实验的复杂性,实验室成为最易发生安全事故的场所,因此安全事故的预防显得尤其重要。针对高校实验室潜在的安全事故及其成因,结合实验室安全管理过程中的实践经验,提出了预防安全事故的具体措施,对加强高校重点实验室安全管理工作具有一定的参考作用。
Key laboratories in colleges and universities are the important places for international frontier scientific research and the bases of cultivating high-quality talents with advanced large precise instrument in the world and outstanding experts of various fields. But the places are particularly prone to safety accidents by the diversity of all kinds of scientific research and the complexity of scientific experiments. So it is especially important to prevent safety accidents. Based on the experience in the process of laboratory safety management,the specific prevention measures of safety accidents are put forward according to potential safety accidents and its causes in laboratories. This has important significance in reference on strengthening the key laboratory safety management in colleges and universities.
