字幕翻译用于翻译教学的可行性研究 被引量:5

摘要 翻译教学是一门理论与实践相结合的课程。影视字幕翻译不同于传统的文本翻译,它具有多模态性,要求综合运用翻译法,而且能对观影者产生动机上、注意力上和情感上的影响,因此可应用于普通高等院校英语专业的翻译教学。影视字幕翻译的试点教学表明,字幕翻译教学可以灵活应用于课堂教学和远程教学,可以提高学生的学习兴趣,发展学生的听译能力;要把字幕翻译更好地应用于英语教学,需要设计用于教学的字幕翻译软件,创建相应的门户网站。 There is need to integrate theory with practice in the process of translation teaching and learning.Subtitling has the characteristics of multimodality,which is different form pure text translation.Subtitling is a combination of several English teaching methods.It has an impact of motivation,attention and affection on the viewers,and is suitable to be adapted in translation teaching for English majors at colleges and universities.The pilot study has shown that subtitling can be operated both in the classroom and long-distance teaching.It might increase students' learning interest,develop their listening and translation abilities.It is suggested that there is need to design special translation software for the purpose of teaching and create relevant web portal.
