助教培养制下大学英语新教师信念的发展研究

摘要 为了探讨助教培养制下的大学英语新教师信念的发展,本研究采用了个案研究法,记录并分析了大学英语新教师在助教培养期英语教学观、英语学习观以及师生角色观信念的发展过程。由于大学英语新教师英语教学观信念以及师生角色观信念的来源途经少,形成周期短,同时受新教学环境的影响,助教培养期部分信念发生了改变;由于大学英语新教师学习观信念形成的周期长、稳定性强,助教培养期未发生改变。 In order to probe into the belief development of novice English teacher under the teaching assistant system,this research employs case study method,records and analyzes the situation and development process of a novice college English teacher's beliefs of English teaching views,English learning views and views of teachers/learners' roles in the teaching assistant system.It is concluded that in the teaching assistant training period,some beliefs of English teaching views and views of teachers/learners' roles have changed,the reasons for the changes are that the sources of the beliefs of English teaching views and views of teachers/learners' roles for the novice college English teacher are insufficient,and the formation of its period is short,and also affected by the new teaching environment.The beliefs of English learning views for the novice college English teacher have not changed,as the formation of its period is long and of strong stability.
