催眠术主要是通过暗示,利用语言或其他科学方式,使被试者进入一种特殊意识状态,以帮助其恢复记忆。催眠术的运用存在着争议,我国对于催眠术在刑事侦查中的运用持谨慎态度。随着心理学的发展和犯罪手段的多样化,可以尝试将催眠作为刑事侦查的辅助手段使用,适用于记忆模糊不清的犯罪嫌疑人、被害人和证人。正确认识催眠获取的线索,规范催眠的操作流程,发挥催眠对刑事侦查的积极作用。

Hypnosis can put the subjects into a state of special awareness and help them recall the memories by means of implications,language and other scientific ways.However,there are many debates about the application of hypnosis,and China has been adopting prudent attitude towards the application of hypnosis in criminal investigation.With the development of psychology and the diversification of crime means,hypnosis can be used as a supplementary means in criminal investigation and applied to suspects,victims and witnesses who are blotted out of their memories.Hence there is need to have a correct understanding of the clues obtained from hypnosis,normalize the procedure of its operation so that hypnosis may play an active role in criminal investigation.
