节能降耗在机械设计加工中的运用

Application of Energy Saving and Consumption in Mechanical Design and Processing

在当前社会经济高速发展的前提下,建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会已经成为全社会的发展共识,也是实现我国国民经济可持续发展的关键。目前,为了最大限度的追求经济利益,很多机械设计和加工企业过分强调机械产品的使用性能而忽视了能源消耗的问题,使能源浪费成为机械设计行业中普遍存在的现象,不利于我国经济的可持续发展。文章基于现实的角度对机械设计加工中能源消耗问题进行了系统的阐述,重点分析了产生能源耗费的原因,并提出了合理的技术解决策略。

Under the premise of rapid economic and social development,building a resource-saving and environment friendly society has become the development consensus of the whole society and the key to realize the sustainable development of our country＇s economy.At present, in order to pursue maximizing economic interests,many mechanical design and processing enter-prises over-emphase on the use of mechanical products performance and ignore the problem of energy consumption, so that energy waste in the mechanical design industry is a common phenomenon,which is not conducive to continuous development of China＇s economy.Based on the realistic angle, this paper systematically expounds the energy consumption in mechanical design and pro-cessing, analyzes the causes of energy consumption,and puts forward a reasonable technical solution strategy.
