摘要
氧化亚铜(Cu_2O)作为理想的低成本太阳电池材料,因其表面阻抗过大导致在实际应用中转换效率偏低。如何提高Cu_2O电导性已经成为Cu_2O光伏应用领域研究的关键。掺杂技术作为一种控制半导体导电类型和电阻率常见的做法,被越来越多的应用于Cu_2O光伏材料制备的研究。文章综述了近年来Cu_2O掺杂技术的研究进展,为高效率Cu_2O基太阳电池的研究提供了参考。
Cuprous oxide (Cu2O) has been considered as a material suitable for low cost solar cells. Highly-resistivity of Cu2Oresults in a low efficiency for solar cells based on Cu2O .The key problem to improve the photoelectrical efficiency is how to prepare Cu2O with low resistivity. Doping,as a common practice to control the conduction type and resistivity of a semiconductor,has been applied to research preparation of Cu2O for photovoltaic materials.This paper reviews the research progress of Cu2O doping technology in recent years,and provides a reference for high-efficiency solar cell based on Cu2O.
