摘要 无碳小车是大学生工程训练综合能力竞赛的一个常规比赛项目,通过将制定重块的重力势能转化为小车的动能,其中间传动多采用齿轮传动。数控电火花线切割机床和车床广泛应用于大学生工程实训,指导学生自己设计齿轮和制定相应加工工艺对培养学生创新能力和动手能力有重要意义。为此,文章提出一种针对大学生工程实训中带凸台齿轮的数控电火花线切割机床和车床的加工工艺。 The non-carbon car is a routine competition project of college students' engineering training comprehensive abilty competition.By converting the gravity potential energy of the heavy block into the kinetic energy of the car,the intermediatransmission adopts gear transmission.CNC WEDM machine tools and lathes are widely used in college engineering trainingwhich is important for guiding students to design their own gear and the development of the corresponding processing technologto cultivate students innovative ability and practical ability.To this end,the paper presents a kind of processing technology for CNWEDM machine and lathe with convex gear in college engineering training.
