目前,农村财务管理水平低下已阻碍了新农村的进一步建设,其低效的一个重要原因就是财务信息化建设跟不上时代发展的步伐。文章分析了农村财务信息化的内涵及其现实作用,并阐述了当前影响农村财务信息化建设的主要因素,针对这些因素提出了几条加快农村财务信息化建设进程的途径。
