阜阳市拖拉机驾驶培训机构发展现状与建议

Present Situation and Suggestion of Driving Training Organization of Tractors in Fuyang City

拖拉机驾驶培训工作是保障农机化事业不断向前发展的基础,自2005年以来,阜阳市根据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》、《拖拉机驾驶培训管理办法》的有关规定,在理顺陪考关系、认定培育机构、培育教员队伍、强化监督检查等方面做了大量工作,取得了明显成效。但是,在培训过程中依然存在着许多问题,笔者通过数年来的实地调研,针对现实存在的问题进行深入思考。

The training of tractor training is the basis for the development of agricultural mechanization.Since 2005,Fuyang City has done a lot of work in clearing test relations, identifying training institutions,cultivating the ranks of teachers, strengthen- ing supervision and inspection in accordance with the relevant provisions of the 野 People＇s Republic of China Road Traffic Safety Law冶 and 野 Tractor Driving Training and Management Measures冶 and has achieved remarkable results. However, there are still many problems in the training process, and the author does deep thoughts on the problems through several years of field research.
