民办高职校内汽修实训基地建设的研究——以杭州万向职业技术学院为例

Research on the Construction of Automobile Training Base in Private Higher Vocational Colleges——A Case Study of Hangzhou Wanxiang Vocational and Technical College

围绕高等职业教育人才培养目标,结合民办高职教育的特点和现状,结合杭州万向职业技术学院汽修实训基地建设,探讨和研究生产性实训基地建设内涵、作用和重要性,要达到的近期建设目标和后期发展目标,基地建设的基本原则,基地建设定位的模式和内容,以及保障实训基地建设和发展的条件,实现办学和产业相辅相成,保持可持续发展的目标。

Based on the characteristics of higher vocational education personnel training and the characteristics and current situation of private higher vocational education, this paper discusses the connotation, function and importance of the construction of productive training base in combination with the construction of Hangzhou Qiangxiang Vocational and Technical College to achieve the recent construction goals and post-development goals,the basic principles of base constmction,base construction and positioning of the model and content,as well as the protection of training base construction and development conditions so as to make school and industry complement each other to maintain sustainable development goals.
