中药联合康复训练及针灸治疗中风后偏瘫肩痛临床观察

Clinical observation of Chinese medicine combined with rehabilitation training and acupuncture in the treatment of hemiplegic shoulder pain after stroke

目的:观察中药联合康复训练及针灸在治疗中风后偏瘫肩痛的疗效。方法:中风后偏瘫肩痛的患者中抽取82例,随机分为联合治疗组(口服中药联合康复训练及针灸治疗)和对照组(口服中药治疗),每组41例。观察两组患者治疗前后疼痛分度量表评分(VAS评分)和Fugl-Meyer上肢运动评分。结果:治疗30d后,联合治疗组患者肩部疼痛强度的缓解和上肢运动功能改善明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗过程中均未出现明显的不良反应。结论:中药联合康复训练及针灸能有效改善中风患者偏瘫后肩痛的症状和上肢活动能力。

Objective：To observe the effect of Chinese medicine combined with rehabilitation training and acupuncture on the treatment of hemiplegic shoulder pain after stroke.Methods：82cases of hemiplegic shoulder pain after stroke were selected,they were randomly assigned to a combination therapy group（oral Chinese medicine combined with rehabilitation training and acupuncture therapy）and a control group（treated with oral Chinese medicine）,each group of 41 cases.The pain scale score（VAS score）and Fugl-Meyer upper extremity motor score were observed.Results：After 30 dtreatment,in the combined treatment group,the strength of shoulder pain was relieved,the upper limb motor function was improved,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Two groups of patients in the course of treatment did not appear obvious adverse reactions.Conclusions：Oral Chinese medicine combined with rehabilitation training and acupuncture can effectively improve the symptoms of hemiplegic shoulder pain and upper limb activity in patients with stroke.
