中药外敷联合西药治疗原发性膝关节骨性关节炎临床研究

Clinical study on treatment of external application of Chinese medicine and western Medicine of primary knee joint osteoarthritis

目的:观察中药外敷辅助西药治疗原发性膝关节骨性关节炎的治疗效果。方法:采用随机数字表法将114例原发性膝关节骨性关节炎患者均分为两组。对照组患者单采用西药治疗;观察组患者在对照组基础上辅以中药外敷。按照Lequesne评分标准对患者治疗前后进行评分,对比两组患者治疗总有效率。结果:经治疗,两组患者在疼痛、肿胀、晨僵、行走、压痛及上下坡(楼)6项临床症状及体征方面的评分均明显下降,且观察组患者评分均明显优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗总有效率达到92.98%,明显高于对照组患者(68.42%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05))。结论:中药外敷联合西药治疗原发性膝关节骨性关节炎可有效缓解患者疼痛,恢复患者膝关节功能,提高治疗有效率。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of integrative traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine treatment of primary knee joint osteoarthritis.Methods：Patients with primary knee joint osteoarthritis were divided into two groups by random number table.The patients in the control group were treated with western medicine alone.The patients in the experimental group were supplemented with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.Patients were evaluated before and after treatment according to the Lequesne index score criteria,and compared the effect.Results：After treatment,the scores of the two group＇s clinical symptoms and signs were significantly decreased in pain,swelling,morning stiffness,walking,tenderness,up and hill（floor）,and the scores of the patients in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of the experimental group was 92.98%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group（68.42%）,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the treatment of primary knee joint osteoarthritis can relieve the pain of patients,restore the knee joint function,and improve the treatment efficiency.It is worthy of clinical application.
