河北省煤矿安全文化建设路径研究

Study on the Construction Path of Coal Mine Safety Culture in Hebei Province

煤炭是我国国民经济和社会发展的基础,在我国一次能源生产和消费结构中所占的比例始终在70%左右。对大多数煤矿而言,安全生产是第一要务。本文以河北省煤矿为研究对象,分析了其安全文化建设现状,并从安全理念的凝练、安全制度建设及安全视觉系统等不同层面提出了安全文化建设路径。

Coal is the basis of China’s national economy and social development, and occupies about 70% of the primary energy production and consumption in China. For most coal mines, safe production is the top priority. Based on the coal mine in Hebei Province,this paper analyzes the current situation of safety culture construction, and puts forward the path of safety culture construction from different aspects： safety concept concise, safety system construction and safety vision system.
