摘要
本文通过研究生鲜产品全冷链的运作模式,分析其相关特点,根据生鲜产品的"最先一公里"到"最后一公里"的不同阶段,将运营模式分为5个阶段模式,并提出生鲜产品运营商应以自身优势为基础,进行各阶段模式的选取,从而实现最优的运营方式。
In this paper, the fresh agricultural products cold chain logistics operation pattern is analyzed, and five modes will be proposed between the "first mile delivery service" and "the last mile delivery service distribution". Based on this, fresh products enterprises can choose the optimal mode according to their own characteristics.
